All meals are professional and freshly prepared daily by our resident chef. Each dish is prepared with healthy, fresh and organic ingredients providing tasty and healthy meal solutions each day.


Breakfast: Apple Pancakes with delicious Canadian Maple Syrup, Canadian Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, OR Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole served with tasty Sunshine Muffins or Cornmeal Jam-buster Muffins. All breakfasts are accompanied by a fresh fruit bowl, homemade Granola, yogurt, fresh-baked Butterhorns, Muffins or Cinnamon Buns, juice, coffee and tea.

Lunch: (At lodge) Delectable homemade soups, such as Wilderness Wild Rice soup or Chunky Corn Chowder, accompanied by tasty sandwiches made from wraps or delicious fresh-from-the-oven whole grain breads made on site, OR individual mini pizzas, OR Spinach and Mushroom Melts, finish up with fresh fruit or a sweet goody such as melt-in-your-mouth Chocolate Chip Cookies, Lumberjack Cookies, Sweet Marie Squares, Turtle Brownies or Buttertarts (all fresh-baked on site).
Lunches can also be packed for the trail or a road trip as required by our guests.

Dinner: Almond-crusted Salmon with leek and lemon cream, Bechamel Turnip, roasted potatoes, delicious Exotic Spinach Salad served with a poppy seed dressing, and the grand finale (if you have room!)…..filo wrapped White Chocolate Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis.

We also offer a variety of beef, pork and poultry dishes, wild meats such as buffalo, Elk, and venison and can accommodate vegetarian and special diet requirements with advanced notice.
